Once you join a specific exam track and complete your payment, you will receive an invite link to an exclusive WhatsApp Community. There, you’ll be grouped with other candidates preparing for the same exam to share resources, ask questions, and stay motivated.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a "Success" page containing the WhatsApp invite link. You will also receive an automated email with the link and instructions on how to introduce yourself to the group.

Our communities are primarily peer-led. This is a space for collaborative learning, resource sharing, and mutual support. While we occasionally drop in helpful study tips and schedules, the magic happens through your interaction with fellow peers.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Because you gain immediate access to our digital community and proprietary group links upon payment, we cannot "return" the access once it has been granted. Please ensure you are committed to your prep before signing up.

If you accidentally signed up for the wrong exam track, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. If you haven't engaged in the WhatsApp group yet, we may be able to move you to the correct community at our discretion.

You will have access to the community until the date of the upcoming exam. Groups are typically archived or refreshed shortly after the exam results are released to make way for the next cohort.

We maintain a strict code of conduct. No spamming, no promotion of external products, and—most importantly—absolute respect for your fellow members. Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from the group without a refund.
